    We have over 900 ClearCoursers on board, and every time we add a new organisation to the business we add a raft of talent, experience, knowledge and skills. 


    We’re exceptionally proud of the deep and focused knowledge and experience we have within our group. It’s genuinely formidable, and our people are the driving force behind everything that we do.

    We will continue to build empathy throughout the organisation, for each other, our customers, suppliers, partners and all those who interact with our brand. We provide our customers with great business technology and software – but we’re only able to do that thanks to our great ClearCourse people.

    To give our industry-specific customers the best solution and service, we operate as focused business units within our divisional structure. The teams within those business units work together, with each other and throughout the organisation.


    This approach lends itself to the diversity that we seek out and harness – diversity in gender, culture, ethnicity, background, views and experience is an ingredient that can help us make brilliant things happen.

    Like many organisations, we have a vast array of people doing extraordinary things at work – and just as impressive achievements in their lives outside of work. We champion and celebrate diversity and everyone is welcomed at ClearCourse.


    As you would imagine, with over 900 people, we have volunteers, DJs, athletes, cold water swimmers, boxers, chess masters, mums and dads, semi-professional chefs, magicians, people of all religions, Wordle experts, runners, writers, bakers, makers, thinkers, believers, optimists and analysts.


    It’s safe to say that we have a great cross-section of society running through our entire organisation. Working better together, we are aiming for excellence and delivering the best solutions and services all of the time. That’s not always feasible, of course, but we have processes and structures that ensure we’re regularly checking in and continually improving, learning from experience and applying that knowledge.

  • Learning and development

    At ClearCourse, we firmly believe in continually learning, and we invest in learning and development initiatives for a variety of our teams.


    There are formal qualifications such as CIMA in finance, and CIM in marketing, Prince 2 throughout the organisation, along with CIPD within our HR and team.


    We’re also proud to have created the framework and completed the planning to launch our ClearCourse Leadership Development programme alongside a large number of our team who are trained in health and safety, first aid and mental wellbeing support.


    And it doesn’t stop there.


    We have a number of initiatives in the pipeline that will build on the engagement of our teams and their impact on the wider community.
